Plan the household—not just the truck
Our existing site describes moves in Wellesley and Newton and the company’s founding in Wayland. MetroWest is part of our core coverage, with Westborough as the operating base. The practical plan starts with the home’s rooms, furniture, access and the needs of the next property rather than a different office in each town.
Downsizing and moving in stages
Decide which belongings will move immediately, which need storage and which rooms should be available first. Measure bulky furniture against the destination’s doors and stairs, and flag artwork, pianos or antiques during the walkthrough. Residential moving brings a dedicated crew lead and written photo inventory; specialty handling addresses items that need custom protection.
Packing scope and time between homes
Full-house, partial and fragile-only packing let you choose how much help to use. Label items by the destination room and keep essentials separate. If the move-in date follows move-out, Westborough storage can hold inventoried belongings for days, weeks or months, with pickup and return coordinated around the move.
Business relocations and insurance losses
Commercial moving covers office equipment, furniture and documents with project planning and off-hours scheduling options. After fire or water damage, packout and contents cleaning coordinate belongings with restoration work and insurance documentation.
Share both ends of the move
Tell us the town and address at pickup and delivery, building access, the amount to move and your preferred dates. A MetroWest-to-Boston move may need different parking and elevator arrangements at each end. For an out-of-state destination, see long-distance moving.
